About these terms

This website is operated by Riccom Ltd ("Riccom", "we", "us"), the company behind UserChecks. Riccom is registered in England & Wales, company number 05613089, registered office The Old Stables, Calcroft Lane, Clanfield, Oxfordshire OX18 2PB, United Kingdom.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website — its content, the contact form, and links out to our other sites. They do not cover your use of the UserChecks product; that's a separate agreement (see "Using the product" below).

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes — to learn about UserChecks, to get in touch, and to book a demo. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or probe, scan or test the site's security without our written permission;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site;
• misuse the contact form — for example to send spam, false information, or anything unlawful.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Our content and intellectual property

Riccom owns or licenses everything on this website — text, design, logos, graphics and product imagery — and it's protected by intellectual property law. "Riccom", "UserChecks", and our product names are our marks.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially reuse any part of the site without our written permission.

Links to and from this site

This site links out to other Riccom properties, including our sign-in at userchecks.app, as well as some third-party sites. We're not responsible for the content of sites we don't control. A link is not an endorsement.

You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that doesn't damage our reputation. Don't suggest any association or endorsement we haven't agreed to.

Using the product

These website terms are not a contract to use UserChecks. Access to the UserChecks product is governed by a separate customer agreement between Riccom and your organisation, together with our Privacy Policy.

Where those product terms and these website terms ever conflict, the product terms govern your use of the product. The product / SaaS terms are presented and accepted during the sign-up process.

Signing in to UserChecks takes you to userchecks.app and is subject to that agreement.

Accuracy, availability and liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee that the content is complete or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms, and any dispute relating to them or to the website, are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
